Spark Power is a Belgian company - located in Ghent - active in the development, construction, and exploitation of onshore wind parks. For the growth of our activities, we are looking for a Wind Energy Project Manager.
As a Wind Energy Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development of our projects until they can be built.
– You convince site owners to work with us for the installation of a wind turbine
– You also work together with our Project Development Representative for this
– You raise awareness among all stakeholders to explain to them the importance and quality of our wind energy projects
– You coordinate the permit applications and manage the various engineering agencies
– You monitor the rapid progress of the projects and ensure cost control
– You have experience working with Excel, which allows you to draw up and maintain a good investment and return analysis of your projects
– During the further permit process, you actively ensure good contacts with all stakeholders and government services and favorable advice, until the construction project is completed
– You maintain an overview of your various projects at various stages of their development
– You get along well with others – social skills are a must
– You are flexible, customer-oriented and results-oriented.
– You have a very good command of the distinction between main and secondary issues
– You have strong commercial and communication skills.
– You are proactive and solution-oriented
– You preferably have a master's degree – economics / law
