Spark Power is a Belgian company - located in Ghent - active in the development, construction, and operation of onshore wind parks. For the growth of our activities, we are looking for a Project Development Representative.
As a Project Development Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring land rights necessary for the development of our wind projects.
– You visit owners and operators of agricultural and industrial land with a location suitable for the installation of a wind turbine.
– You hold discussions with these landowners to reach an agreement about the installation of a wind turbine on their land. In return, you can offer them an attractive annual fee.
– You build a relationship of trust and negotiate effectively until the signing of the fundamental rights.
– You can organize your work independently and keep an efficient agenda.
– You work quickly and combine as many customer visits as possible per day.
– You get along well with others.
– You are flexible, customer-oriented and results-oriented.
– You have strong commercial and communication skills.
– (Initial) sales experience is a plus.
– You preferably have a bachelor's degree.
